As people grow up, it is natural for both genders to watch porn movies. It isn’t a shameful thing to do and it isn’t a thing to make fun of.

However, unlike in the age of our grandfathers and great grandfathers, in 21st century people of all ages can see porn movies from social network and internet websites via mobile phone. There isn’t any harm from watching porn movies occasionally but it might become mentally and physically problematic when someone becomes addicted to it.

In that case, what does addiction look like?

  • .One cannot stop watching it.

It is quite simple. When one is addicted to porn movies, that person cannot stop watching porn movies like a person of smoke addiction. That person lose track of time when watching porn movies. It will be in terrible state, when one starts neglecting meals.

  • Feel physically weak

When one is absorbed with porn movies, doesn’t eat regularly, that person will become weak and there will be health issues. Moreover, he/she will experience numbness and pain, poor vision and nervous weakness.

  • Lost contact with outside world

Another symptom of the person with porn addiction is that person won’t have any interest in what is going on around him. Hence, the relationship with family and friends become cool off. He/she will ignore obligation and just absorbed in porn movies. At last difficulties he/she experiences in dealing with outside world would be resulted in feeling depressed and stressed out.

  • Start having unrealistic thoughts

Honestly porn movies are make-believe stories so as to attract viewers. For example- men with big penis, ladies with big hips and breasts, moreover, unrealistic stories between mother and daughter, father and son etc. The problem is that the person dealing with porn addiction will start to think that it will be the same in real world. When the situation becomes out of control, that person will start doing things as in porn movies and that is dangerous.

What one should do, when there is symptom of porn addiction?

When you have above mentioned symptoms, first you need to be in control of your mind. Reduce using internet to a certain extent and do physical activities and reading for a change.

If those basic methods don’t work with you then consult with doctor and get psychological treatment.
